Micheline Dupont, Director of Operations

Micheline Dupont comes to Roatan SIR with a extensive background in operations. She brings a wealth of experience in senior operations management roles, which over the years, has included national and global roles in the health care, telecommunications and human resources sectors. Throughout her career, Micheline has proven herself as a strong leader, effectively running small and large teams through effective recruitment, training and development, and the management of key performance indicators. Her experience ensures that appropriate resources and technologies are applied to meet the objectives of our clients and form lasting customer relationships.

Micheline graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She and her husband, Stephan, are active community members on the island of Roatan and volunteer with several of the island’s community charities.

Felipe Danzilo, Resident Attorney

Felipe Danzilo is a Honduran real estate industry veteran who stands ready to shepherd our Roatan SIR clients through the legal process of buying and selling property on Roatan. Felipe, who is both a member of the Honduran Bar Association and a licensed Notary, has practiced law in Honduras for more than 30 years and specializes in commercial and real estate law. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School as well as the National Autonomous University in Honduras where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.

Baleska Benitez

Baleska Benitez, native of Roatan, Honduras. She joined Roatan Sotheby’s as a sales associate on July 17, 2016. She received a scholarship to attended the university of North Alabama for BA Administration, right after graduation high school. After college, she worked as the Office manager of a real estate company in Roatan where she acquired and developed most her expertise in the real estate business.  Her integrity and efficiency is the pillar of her work performance, she strives to exceed her clients’ expectations to create the best experience for her clients both seller and buyer and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends. She is married to her high school sweetheart.

Stephane Chevalier

A fully bilingual (French & English) realtor, Stéphane has lived and worked in numerous countries such as Algeria, France, Senegal, Scotland, Canada and now Honduras. With over 30-year experience in the worlds of Real Estate, Project Management, Finance and Engineering, Stéphane will apply his expertise to become your realtor of choice and ultimately work with you towards “artfully uniting extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives.”
