Felipe Danzilo, Resident Attorney
Felipe Danzilo is a Honduran real estate industry veteran who stands ready to shepherd our Roatan Sotheby’s International Realty clients through the legal process of buying and selling property on Roatan. Felipe, who is both a member of the Honduran Bar Association and a licensed Notary, has practiced law in Honduras for more than 30 years and specializes in commercial and real estate law. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School as well as the National Autonomous University in Honduras where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.
Baleska Benitez, native of Roatan, Honduras. She joined Roatan Sotheby’s as a sales associate on July 17, 2016. She received a scholarship to attended the university of North Alabama for BA Administration, right after graduation high school. After college, she worked as the Office manager of a real estate company in Roatan where she acquired and developed most her expertise in the real estate business. Her integrity and efficiency is the pillar of her work performance, she strives to exceed her clients’ expectations to create the best experience for her clients both seller and buyer and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends. She is married to her high school sweetheart.
Brittany McCann was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. For about eight years prior to relocating to Belize in early 2010, Brittany worked for a pair of sister companies in the single-tenant commercial industrial real estate market in Houston, handling marketing, public relations, and subcontractor relations. Brittany opened a property management and vacation rental business with a focus on beachfront private homes after her relocation to Ambergris Caye, Belize and later became one of the founding partners of the Belize Sotheby’s International Realty office. Brittany is now based in Houston, Texas where she has affiliated with the Roatan Sotheby’s International Realty office to be their U.S. based sales and development manager. Brittany’s 8 years of experience in the vacation/second home market makes her a great agent for clients looking to make a purchase in Roatan.
