Baleska is a Roatan native who brings a unique knowledge of the island to her Sotheby’s clientele. As the daughter of a well-known Roatan builder, she grew up following her father to building sites all around the island. This gave her the opportunity to meet many people and to gain special knowledge about the island and its real estate. Baleska hopes to make the process of buying or selling an island home or property a rewarding experience for her clientele. She is a consummate professional who strives with the upmost integrity to exceed her client’s expectations.
Baleska studied Business Administration at The University of North Alabama. After college, she returned to the island she loves, married her childhood sweetheart, and began her career in real estate. She joined the Sotheby’s team in 2017 after gaining seven years’ experience with another local real estate agency. Baleska lives on Roatan with her husband and their beautiful daughter and their two dogs. She is an active member of the RRA, NAR and works with the community to preserve the island’s unique heritage and the marine life and reef.
