Nature’s Sanctuary at Camp Bay

Nature’s Sanctuary was designed and built in 2022 inspired by the mindset of being one with Nature. The home was crafted entirely from indigenous woods sourced through a local builder. Precious, not only because wood is costly, but also because high quality wood is now difficult to source.The intentional three-pod design meant to awaken the senses, to foster a seamless connection with the surroundings, to include the sounds of the wind through the tree leaves into every aspect of living on an island rich in lush vegetation. This is the only home in the development with a double height allowance, a special consideration that permitted each structure to be built 10, 13 and 18 feet off the ground respectively.
