Hutton House

Hutton House is a classic island home right on the sea on Oak Ridge Cay. This boat-access only home is all wooden construction and starts with a huge 2-story entry up a grand flight of stairs. The staircase leads to a great room with a vaulted ceiling. The owners and guests cannot help but appreciate the attention to detail as they take in the large kitchen, dining area and living room.
