Martin Musil was born and raised in Czech Republic where he graduated from the University of West Bohemia, College of Business and Management. After that he started working for a company specializing in foreign payments and currency exchange. As a Key Account Manager of the business department, he took care of VIP clients from the manufacturing industry. He achieved professional business experience and improved his communication and presentation skills. Later, he started working in the Development Department of a luxury car company in Stuttgart, Germany, as a Quality Engineer where he led a team of 15 workers and was responsible for final quality control of car parts. He learned to be a good team player, lead people and do organization of work and time management. During this time he was also running his own business in wholesale fashion. Even though he worked in different areas, after relocating to Roatan, 4 years ago, these crucial experiences enabled him to set up his own investment and real estate company which became very successful and has now teamed up with Roatan Sotheby’s International Realty.
