Brittany McCann

Brittany McCann was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. For about eight years prior to relocating to Belize in early 2010, Brittany worked for a pair of sister companies in the single-tenant commercial industrial real estate market in Houston, handling marketing, public relations, and subcontractor relations. Brittany opened a property management and vacation rental business with a focus on beachfront private homes after her relocation to Ambergris Caye, Belize and later became one of the founding partners of the Belize Sotheby’s International Realty office.  Brittany is now based in Houston, Texas where she has affiliated with the Roatan Sotheby’s International Realty office to be their U.S. based sales and development manager. Brittany’s 8 years of experience in the vacation/second home market makes her a great agent for clients looking to make a purchase in Roatan.
