The third bedroom is a fully equipped gym with new modern equipment and can easily be turned into another bedroom if required. The kitchen and living area are open concept design. The house is designed so you can see the sea in every room including the bathrooms. This level has five eighteen-foot-wide sliding doors that allows the entire level to be opened catching ALL the trade winds regardless of the direction.
